Welcome to GoHackersCloud. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of GoHackersCloud websites, GoHackersCloud Academy, learning resources, membership services, labs, runbooks, projects, career guidance, and related services.

By purchasing a membership, creating an account, or accessing GoHackersCloud Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. GoHackersCloud Academy

GoHackersCloud Academy is a professional learning environment providing educational resources that may include:

  • Career learning paths

  • Cybersecurity and cloud-security learning material

  • Practical labs and exercises

  • Enterprise security runbooks

  • Projects and practical scenarios

  • Certification and career guidance

  • Research and reference material

  • Learning sessions and other educational resources

Content and features may be added, updated, reorganized, replaced, or retired as the Academy evolves.

2. Academy Membership

GoHackersCloud Academy is offered through a recurring membership plan.

The applicable membership price, billing frequency, taxes, payment terms, and other purchase information will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Where the Academy is advertised at ₹499/month, the membership renews according to the recurring billing terms presented during checkout unless cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.

3. Payments

Payments and subscription processing may be handled through third-party payment and membership platforms, including TagMango and their supported payment providers.

By completing a purchase, you also agree to any applicable terms presented by the payment or membership provider.

GoHackersCloud does not directly store your complete payment-card or banking credentials where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

4. Academy Access

Paid Academy resources are available only while the learner has valid access under the applicable membership or service.

Access is intended solely for the registered learner.

You must not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, or otherwise provide your Academy account or paid learning resources to another person.

5. Educational Purpose

GoHackersCloud Academy provides educational and professional-development resources.

Participation does not guarantee:

  • Passing a certification examination

  • Employment or placement

  • Interview selection

  • Promotion

  • Salary increases

  • Particular career outcomes

Results depend on the learner's experience, preparation, practice, performance, market conditions, and other factors outside GoHackersCloud's control.

6. Labs and Cybersecurity Activities

Cybersecurity labs, demonstrations and security-testing material are provided for authorized educational purposes.

Learners must perform security testing only against systems, accounts, applications, cloud environments, networks, or other resources they own or are explicitly authorized to test.

GoHackersCloud Academy resources must not be used for unauthorized access, malicious activity, disruption, data theft, privacy violations, or other unlawful activities.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, GoHackersCloud Academy content is owned by or licensed to GoHackersCloud.

This may include text, diagrams, learning paths, labs, runbooks, project material, videos, templates, graphics and other educational resources.

Membership provides a personal, limited, non-transferable right to access applicable learning resources.

Content must not be copied, republished, resold, redistributed, uploaded to other platforms, or commercially exploited without written authorization.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others

  • Redistribute paid Academy material

  • Attempt to bypass Academy access controls

  • Scrape or systematically download Academy content

  • Misrepresent Academy content as your own

  • Use Academy resources for unauthorized or unlawful security activities

  • Interfere with the operation or security of GoHackersCloud services

Access may be restricted or terminated where serious or repeated misuse occurs.

9. Third-Party Services

Academy resources may reference or rely upon third-party platforms, cloud providers, software, tools, websites, certification providers and other services.

Those services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

GoHackersCloud does not control the continued availability, pricing, functionality or policies of third-party services.

10. Changes to Academy Content

Technology and cybersecurity change rapidly.

GoHackersCloud may update, restructure, replace, add or remove learning resources to maintain and improve the Academy.

The exact content available within a membership may therefore change over time.

11. Cancellation and Refunds

Membership cancellations and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any applicable checkout or payment-provider terms.

Cancellation of future renewal does not automatically mean that previous payments are refundable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GoHackersCloud is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on educational content, third-party platforms, learner-controlled environments, unauthorized use of security techniques, or career and certification decisions.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated when our services, membership structure, technology or legal requirements change.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
